Basics of Yoga Beginners Series

Have you always wanted to start a yoga practice but just didn’t know where to begin?

The 6-week basic series is the most effective way we know of to introduce people to Ashtanga yoga. This series takes the fear out of beginning a yoga practice.

In this series, you’ll learn the basics of the ashtanga method. We will cover in great detail the foundational postures of yoga as well as proper breathing and alignment. This class will prepare you for all future classes at Balance most importantly, Mysore classes where you move at your own pace. You’re not required to have any previous experience. Simply come as you are and we will teach you how to focus your mind and lighten up your body. If you want to enhance your life in every way- register now as classe size is limited. Classes are held on Saturdays and Sunday at 8:30am and are approximately 1 hour. We can’t wait to teach you this life enhancing practice.
*This series includes 8 classes: Saturday and Sunday class at 8:30am for 4 consecutive weeks.
